Do you wake up feeling exhausted even after a full night of sleep? You might not be sleep deprived, but rest deprived.
There are 7 major types of rest that humans need to avoid burnout.
You may be thinking well I barley have time to sleep at night you mean to tell me I'm supposed to prioritize 7 different types of rest…yes…but no… these don't all have to be done at the same time or on a strict schedule, but knowing when to implement each one of them into your life will be incredibly beneficial and will allow you to function without ever reaching full burnout!
